Room Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Payment of hire fees
1.1 The client shall pay the hire fee as follows.
1.2 The full hire fee of 100% shall be due and payable at the time of the booking.
1.3 Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received
2. Cancellation by client
2.1 If the client cancels the studio hire, the following shall apply as Mayfair Renew Aesthetics exclusive remedy in respect of that cancellation.
2.2 The Client must contact Mayfair Renew Aesthetics to inform them of their intention to cancel, if this is via a telephone call, a subsequent email must be sent to Mayfair Renew Aesthetics to confirm the cancellation. The client will be liable to Mayfair Renew Aesthetics for the following percentage of the total of the Hire Fee within the following notice period:
· 14 Days: Full Refund or a rescheduled date subject to agreement
· 13 Days: 35% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
· 12 days: 45% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
· 11 days: 60% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
· 10 days: 70% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
· 9 days: 80% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
· 8 days: 90% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
· 7 days: 100% of booking fee retained by Penn Road Studio
3. Mayfair Renew Aesthetics cancellation
3.1 Mayfair Renew Aesthetics may cancel this agreement at any time by giving notice to the client where it reasonably anticipates that due to Force Majeure, it will not practicably be able to make the premises available.
4. Force Majeure
4.1 If Mayfair Renew Aesthetics is prevented or delayed in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement by “force majeure”, then it shall be excused for so long as such cause, prevention or delay shall continue;
4.2 For the purpose of this agreement ‘force majeure’ shall be deemed to be any cause affecting the performance of this agreement arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of the Mayfair Renew Aesthetics including, but not limited to the following:
4.2.1 Terrorism, civil commotion, riot, invasion, war threat or preparation for war
4.2.2 Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, bad weather or other natural physical disaster
4.2.3 Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport
